Terms of service
This is a requirements outline for the final terms, not a legal agreement. Operator identity, jurisdiction and policy decisions are outstanding. No acceptance is requested.
Product and account roles
The final terms must explain FreeRoad’s role, freelancer/client responsibilities, invitation-based admission, dual-role identities and staff access.
Work and payments
Define who contracts for services, agreed scope, payment-provider responsibilities, fees, refunds, disputes and limitations of external-payment records.
Account lifecycle
Specify acceptable use, suspension, termination, access to retained financial records, deletion requests and the process for policy changes.
Required before publication
Publish the actual operator, verified contact details, effective date and approved provisions for applicable markets. The product owner and appropriate advisers must approve the final text.
